What steps does this course take to ensure I achieve front splits safely and effectively?
This course consists of 6 chapters, that is designed to take you one step at a time to gradually understand the front splits first before starting the stretching exercises .. you will find everything that you need to know from how to avoid injuries and how to know your limits to the most effective techniques to stretch and ways to maintain your flexibility.
Is this program suitable for beginners, or do I need prior flexibility training?
This program is suitable for a complete beginner with no background in flexibility also suitable for a beginner with a small background or someone who has their splits but constantly getting injured or just dont know how to maintain it .
How long will it take to see results and achieve my front splits with this course?
Each body might respond differently to this program depending on some many things such as age, weight, lifestyle, genetics, workout history and so on, therefore some might take longer than the others to achieve their splits.. however you might need a minimum of 2 weeks to start seeing results and around 2 months to achieve your splits assuming you are committed to the program.
What Props Do I Need?
-Minimum of 3 to 4 blocks
-A Mat
-A Yoga Strap or any Belt or Scarf
-Socks or 2 Sweat Towels
